About The Designer
While earning her college degree in Marketing at the Philadelphia University, Maria also started a business as a DJ. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and pursued many diverse avenues. Ever since she was a little girl, Maria can remember using a hot glue gun to add “her special touch” to whatever she could get her hands on. So creativity was essential throughout her life and finally, jewelry design became her passion! This became the launching ground for BellaJewelaria.com. In addition to designing jewelry, our other passion is finding a cure for cancer. It's unfortunate when you hear of someone who is diagnosed with cancer. What better way to help than contribute a donation for research to find a cure. A percentage of your purchase from Bella Jewelaria will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Maria was very fortunate enough to have her father walk her down the aisle on her wedding day, she'll never forget how he cried. He died of brain cancer on February 9, 2007. His name was Charles, Chuck for short, which is why our campaign is called "Chuckles for Charity." A Personal Note from Maria Welcome to Bella Jewelaria!
